At Kuvera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Kuvera account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
